"Interesting and Interactive"
Everything, it was a good
interesting and interactive session. The fascinator made it so that everyone
was involved.
The session was engaging
and the instructors had opportunities to role play scenarios and comment on
what they thought. Also reviewing the policy at the end with all groups being
responsible for sharing the information was great.
I learned most from
reading through the policy, breaking it down, and discussing it with the group.
I think that the case scenarios were a good activity but perhaps allow a bit
more time to review each as a larger group/on Smartboard (rather than each
group bringing their case back to perform, it may be helpful to consider it and
review together. Some good discussion may come from this when there is time to
reflect on the scenario.
I liked the fact that it got people talking
about ways to strike a balance between individual workers' right to speak and
the right of all workers to feel comfortable in the workplace.
